New interview about ICARIA by Beniamino Russo
Project Coordinator and Professor of Hydraulics and Hydrology at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya – BarcelonaTech (UPC), Beniamino Russo, has interviewed with the MAIA Project, which aims to turn EU-funded climate research into actionable insights and commercially viable products, services and IP.
In this interview, Russo explains how ICARIA demonstrates the benefits of investing in preventive measures against climate change versus the cost of doing ‘business as usual’. He also remarks the importance of having on board the potential users of the ICARIA solutions to ensure that they are practical and well-received.
You can find it on MAIA’s Alter!, a website focused on making knowledge about climate change accessible to citizens and organizations.
